How do I place A reorder?
New feature! Now you can place your reorder with just a few clicks of the mouse! Just login to your account and find your prior order(s). Then tell us what you’d like to do—keep it the same, change the imprint, or start all over again! Your reorder will then be shipped from our facility in 24 hours.


What payment types are accepted?
Choose from one of the following methods:

Credit Card
   We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

How do I pay my invoice online by credit card?
You can pay for invoices online by credit card. Simply click here and enter all of the necessary information.

What are the payment terms?
Payment is due upon receipt of merchandise with an established open account.

Are the prices the same online as in the catalog?
Prices are the same in catalogs and on this site. Occasionally, we will have special pricing offers available only on this site.

Whom can I call to help me with my order?
If you encounter difficulty placing your order with our online catalog, please call our customer service department at 1-800-243-5250 or email us and we will contact you in a timely manner.

How long will it take my order to ship?
Most products ship within 24 hours of receiving the order. We normally ship via UPS Ground service within the continental U.S. unless otherwise specified (extra charges may apply). Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands will be sent via Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please note that choosing Next Day Air or Second Day Air does not speed production/manufacturing time.

Can I change my order?
Yes, it may be possible to alter your order, depending on its stage in the fulfillment process. Call (please do not e-mail or fax) Customer Service at 1-800-243-5250.

Will you automatically send me a proof for personalized items?
Proofs are not automatically sent. If you require a proof, please call Customer Service at 1-800-243-5250. The charge for a standard proof is $10.
